Shaori hydro power plant is the first level of Shaori-Tkibuli HPPs, it is an annually regulated hydro electric plant. The plant uses water of the river Shaori and it creates a water reservoir on Shaori lowland formed by a dam located near the village Khorga. Its power unit is located in the city Tkibuli, the plant was put into operation in 1955. Its installed capacity is 38.4 MW (4X9.6) and average annual capacity is 114 million kW/h. The plant is in a private possession.
